Horrible Service!!!! Horrible Manager Service. We waited 35 min for a simple order only after I went up there and numerous... people passed us. They said oh we gave your order away. No offer to fix it or apologize to us we are from out of town . It waslate and we had to travel hours. I ask for outer money back and still no assistance or offer of can we make it right. Terrible.This was our first visit and we will never return. Only one nice young cook came around to try to offer any help only formanager to disrespect him. Sad. Read more

Potatoes were good, coleslaw was good (portion was terrible). The chicken? TERRIBLE!!! Way over cooked and the pieces look as if... they were from Cornish hens! I?ve NEVER seen such tiny pieces of chicken before? In my life!!! I bought a 24 piece bucket thatcame with 3 sides. The coleslaw they give you for a family is enough for one person! I have to say I am still pretty sore about how Chicken Shack took their chicken bites and shrunk the portions, and changed the... batter. I have to say it is awful, and it is a lot harder batter. I did reach out on social media, and they responded that theydidn?t shrink the portions, only the batter. I sent them. Before and after that, I have uploaded it to this review. To start it was dinner time on a Weekday afternoon when I visited this place. The entire restaurant was empty even thou the... Jimmy John's that's right next door and the restaurant across the street were very busy with a short wait. Not at Chicken shackthou and I absolutely see why. The people working here are absolutely Miserable and unhelpful. The servings were incrediblysmall, we ordered the "fr.esh" fish. And a chicken sandwich. The fish literally looked like it was frozen fish sticks heated up.Then the chicken sandwich was also disappointing and really small. To add to the disappointment the bill was 27 dollars for thetiny , not very good food We received. We would have been much more satisfied just going to McDonald's.
