I am a regular customer that frequents this location once or twice a week depending on my schedule. I was very disappointed at... today's service by the lady that packaged my bagels. The usual lady was not there. When I order my bagels, I usually requestit in a specific order to leave the last one they touch be in a separate bag due to cross contamination for someone withallergies. I specifically asked that the cheese bagels be placed in a separate bag. I was disappointed to find out that sheplaced the cheese bagels in the same bag as the other bagels. Okay, everyone makes mistakes. So, I explained to her nicelythat I have a child with dairy allergies. Therefore, she will have to start over and also change her gloves. She gave me thebiggest attitude...to add insult to it, she said, "you're welcome" in a very condescending and rude way when I was leaving. Ishould have made my comments to her on the spot about the attitude, but I didn't because I am not a confrontational person, andI was in shock by her comments. On the way home, I called the store and asked for the manager to explain to her that I did notappreciate the attitude the lady gave me for asking her to start over because I have a child with allergies. Allergies are aserious matter and I hope people in the business understand that. These people with allergies can't help it. The managerinitially apologized and then proceeded to talk to her staff while I was on the phone and then she just hung up on me. That wasnot professional. To make matters worse, I usually leave a tip with my orders for the extra work they usually have to do withmy order. I will not go to a business establishment that is outright rude to their customers. They lost a very good customer. Read more

Stopped n for a breakfast and coffee. Was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Quick and efficient. I... placed my order and had it in under five minutes. I had the pastrami, cheese and egg on a pumpernickel bagel. VERY GOOD. Thetoasted bagel was crisp and chewy at the same time. The pastrami was lean, warm and thinly sliced. The egg was good, but notwhat I would class as freshly made. The menu looked extensive, but I pretty much made up my mind on what to eat by lookingonline first. The coffee was amazing. I had the French Roast. Very strong and very bold. They way I like it. And freerefills. The place was clean, and plenty of seat (but it was just after 6:30am).
