Always a long wait for food at least 45 mins.

I have had good and not so good experiences here, and of course you cannot expect an absolute 100 per cent success rate with... things like changing staff/students working there temporarily etc. Etc...but overall more good than negative. I do need to pointout that there is one member of staff who stands out because he is ALWAYS just beaming positivity when I arrive!! My wife and i were here yesterday, we ordered a 10 pc bucket and a bacon lovers box combo. We were waiting for almost more then... 15 min for our food after we ordered. We were starting to get really annoyed when we saw 10 other customers come in and gettheir food while we were still waiting. So we went up and complained and They said that our order never showed up in the queuein the kitchen. So they had to use the receipt because they had SOO MANY orders. By the time we got our food we had been therefor almost 30 min. Ridiculous. Read more
