Spent a long weekend at the county from Massachusetts. Before coming we searched for vegan/plant based options in the area.... Bermuda PEC was the first place that popped up and we were so lucky as it was directly across from our air bnb. We ate dinnerthere Thursday night, Friday night and Saturday night!! The food was amazing. The staff was so happy and friendly, you can tellthat it?s a great place to work just from the vibe. Was so happy to find this gem and hope to be able to come back again!! First and foremost, everyone working at Bermuda PEC was SO NICE and accommodating as we were travelling with our dog (dog... friendly patio by the way!). The food was so well flavoured and unique! My brother went on to say the burger was the best he?sever had - so get the burger! I had the americano tacos and they were delicious! (Have a napkin at the ready) The roastedcauliflower is a must! We shared it as a table and the seasoning was so good. The guac was also super fresh and unique!Everything had a fun twist on it and I loved that it was different from the typical. Big portions and plenty of food. Definitely fills the plate and your tummy! My friend and I had a Caesar salad as a starter,... then she had the cauliflower on rice with fries while I had the Americanos Tacos. We love Bermuda! We hired them to cater our wedding and top to bottom the entire process was really positive. Lance and Ashley... were professional yet kind and easy to talk to, and they made us feel as though we were their priority, no matter how crazy busythey were leading up to the wedding, while juggling the chaos of COVID as a small business. Our tasting was incredible - it wasso hard to choose what we wanted to serve our guests, but we landed on a mix of tacos and sides varieties that pleased both ourvegan / veg and meat-eating guests. We're still getting comments from friends and family about how much they enjoyed the food. They were the perfect fit for our laid-back county wedding and we couldn't recommend them more highly. This is a destination restaurant in Bloomfield, ON, that you should absolutely not miss. A nicely shaded patio offers a cozy... outdoor space perfect for summer dining. The food is, without exaggeration, absolutely spectacular. This is one of those raremeals that I will be talking about for some time. The Austin Queso Dip is incredibly flavourful, with the perfect cheesy, zestybalance. The Green Chili Cheeseburger does not disappoint, with one of the most tender burger patties I've ever tasted andwonderful acidity to round out the dish. Cute spot. Kind staff who really seem to enjoy their jobs. Excellent food. We had the chicken sandwich and the chicken tacos.... The sandwich was huge and had great flavour. The tacos packed a delicious level of heat, and the peanut sauce was amazing. Bothservings were really generous, and we went away very full and very happy.
