Twice, ive ordered from zizia online and with 2... small ones at home distracting me, twice I messed up my order but I called them and the level of customer service to accommodatemy correct order was great. Every employee i speak too has been so nice and respectful and that is so important these days. Willalways return to zi zia for this reason and also the delicious pizza of course. Read more
Such amazing service and food! Ordered a huge delivery for catering. Staff was very patient with me while ordering. Delivery... arrived on time, food was hot, the packaging was like I have never seen. Food trays came in boxes, sauces never leaked out as Ihave seen before. The bread that was included in the order was so soft, fresh and warm out of the oven still. The chicken wastender and tasty, the penne in vodka sauce was so creamy. This place is definitely a hidden gem! A taste of Italy right here in Bloomfield! Great food, service & you can tell the owners... really take pride in their business. Best pizza hands down. Never had one single problem in the 2 years my husband and I been ordering until today.. I asked what the name of the sandwich... is that has grilled chicken, roasted peppers w wet mozz., to the phone girl and she asked the manager (older women) what it wasbut seemed they forgot to put me on hold while the manager continued to say "What does she want now?!" Very cozy place to eat with excellent service. I was just a little disappointed because they add flour to the sauce for all the... entrees which makes them off limits if you're gluten free. Nevertheless, they were very accommodating and put together a grilledchicken dish for me which was delicious. I also had the mussel soup which was a bit too salty. Read more
I have had several of their pizzas and they are always delicious. Plain, pepperoni, sausage, or the specialties always hit the... mark. Their pasta is also good and tastes fresh, well made. You can tell they prepare their food with pride. Staff is friendly.Place can get very busy so plan your meal with enough time ahead. I've only picked up my orders never any delivery. Tthey dohave decent space for dine in. Parking is is tough on their corner, even though they some in site parking next to the restaurantit is usually full in the evenings at least between 5 and 6 on Fridays. Delicious pizza! I ordered a veggie pizza, no olives, light on the cheese, and with a side pint of marinara. It was incredible.... Delivery arrived within the hour and it was reasonably priced at about $25 with no delivery charge. Ordered their upside downpizza previously and it was awesome too. Read more
From out of town visiting friends and ordered delivery. Five stars, great sauce, softer dough.
