Based on so many positive reviews, I placed phone order after reviewing the store's online menu. When I picked up my order, I... was surprised by the higher charge on my order. Was told that the pricing on the online menu was incorrect, and they wouldn'thonor the online pricing. I rarely order from here. Do yourself a favor and order from a different place. We ordered a pie and it was supposed to take 35... minutes. When I arrived, my order wasn?t ready so I waited an additional 15 minutes in the car. I went back inside and theyoung lady said ?I?m sorry it?s not ready. Not sure how long?. It was already an hour wait. I kindly asked for my money backbut owner refused. He was rude and said ?no, I can?t do that. You must wait?. I?m not sure if it was because Of my race. Butthey refused to talk to me and also give me my receipt for the pizza I paid for. I would at least file a dispute with my cardcompany. They finally gave me my order with receipt but after complaining about how rude they were. They should give proper timewhen customer orders. Not have them wait an additional 35 minutes. They did not meet customer satisfaction and it was clearly adisaster trying to place orders they couldn?t fulfill. I will never order from here again. Let?s not forget how cold the pizzawas from waiting on the chicken order that took 20 minutes. It was not worth the wait. The place is also very expensive. Serviceis terrible also! We ordered take out through a 3rd party app. Food was quick and super delicious! The pizza was pretty good - I really loved the... crust. I think the sauce could use a little zing, but it was still tasty. The buffalo chicken pizza was solid. The wings werethe star of the show - they beat Ralph's and Cucina 355's for sure.
