Wow, the worst Dunkin is right here. Got there with 2 cars in front of us. Took 5 minutes to reach the menu. Took 5 more minutes... before they actually took our order. 5 more to reach the window and repeat our order because they didn't record it. Then theystill got the order wrong. When we complained, they took the drink around the corner at least twice to "fix" it. When wedeclined and asked for a refund they refused and said to come back in the morning. Read more
I'm not sure what's going on with this location but they always seem busy inside and out in the drive through. Their staff seems... a bit short or having a hard time keeping up with the customer rush we happened to be in. If you're coming here, just make sureyou have extra time on hand. Read more

Slow service. Customer service was horrible! The crew was very rude and was more interested in the drive-through customers then... the people that were in line. There was at least 8 people waiting for someone to help them at the cash register and sir and thecrew members saw this and did nothing for 10 to 15 minutes. And.
