They need to do better with takeout. I was in there recently with a line of about 10 people all waiting. I came there 30 minutes... after ordering (they said it would take 20) and then waited another 20 minutes after paying.. during this time 3 other customerscame in saying they just picked up but they had forgotten parts of their order. I patiently waited and then realized aftergetting home they forgot part of my order ad well. Huge inconvenience for everyone involved. They had 10 people back thereworking and couldn't seem to figure it out. "Too many cooks in the kitchen"? Disappointing service. Not a "sorry" or anythinglike that either. The food here was very good, and the staff is amazing. This place has been here as long as I can remember it, and for good... reasons it seems. They have fantastic pizza, especially when you order it in the flat bread style. There is a bar here with acollection of beers I don't like, but that wont deter me from enjoying the experience. Located just outside of metropolitanBloomfield, it is an easy trek to get to. Just ignore the really nice park across the street. There be monsters lurking there. Read more
I absolutely love and recommend Bloomfield Village. I live on the Beach, I work 2 much & order 4x a week at times but this is... definitely my 2nd home. The owner is amazing. I've even had special delivery when a bump was made as were not all perfect.Recommend them 10 stars.. Owners, Cooks, And Reps answering the phone. Will Always be my #1 choice... Luv U all... I don't know what the food tastes like because I never got my order. Walked in alone on a Saturday at lunch time. It was my... first time here. The place was almost empty except for people picking up takeout orders. I ordered two slices. 10 mins later astaff member asks if I've ordered. I said yes two slices about ten mins ago. Another 10 mins go by and I still didn't have myfood. I walk toward the door to leave and someone yells "Hey your slices!" I replied no thanks and I left. Please do better. Thanks. Read more
My car broke down near this pizza place yesterday while driving to my home town. Thank God! Because I was very down with all... that happened and I was with my 2 grandkids. Very scary moment! But my son came to the rescue. We ate at this restaurant beforetackling my car?s issue and boooy were our spirits lifted!! They served us our ???? fresh out of the oven, piping hot andgreasy, just how we like it! It was d e l i c i o u s!! I also ordered chicken wings for my son, as an extra bonus for helpingme, and those too were absolutely scrumptious!! It is obvious that they cook very, very good in this pizza joint. It isAWESOME! The staff is great as well. They asked us many times if everything was ?okay? when we sat down to eat. I felt very wellattended to. The place inside is very nice too. My son did a temporary fixed to the car and we were on our way home happy andcontent with some bangin? pizza in our bellies. The best pizza shop around! Amazing food, Great Vibes! Great Customer Service. The owner and staff treats you like Family. Love... them! They have a lounge and bar where there is live entertainment on the weekends. During the week they have music Bingo onWednesdays at 6:30. Open mic will begin soon! A great outdoor patio extension.
