It was okay. But they ran out if bread then refused to make an exception for a coupon because it was in a wrap. Seemed very... unprofessional in my opinion. I got to use my coupon because I got bread, but my parents went elsewhere to eat. Really should beplanning things ahead and making exceptions for when things like this happen. Read more
Stopped in at bloomer subway I was surprised at how clean the entire eating area was and the Bathroom every one was so nice and... polite I had some questions on a few Subs and the Manerger Vicky was so helpful and very nice she was actuly busy and stoppedwhat she was doing to help me food is great and fresh I stopped in another time and a yung Man John or Johnathon was workingsuch a polite yung man very sweet yung man I highly reccomend bloomer Subway all the staff there is so nice and polite alwayswith a smile and the store is so clean Thanks you guys for doing such a great Job keep up the great work Read more
Not happy lately. Puckedup order got home. I asked for extra mayo and got a drop. Twi pickles, 3 black olives and hardly any... lettuce. Paid $10 for a piece of bread. Read more
As an employee, I look forward to coming in to a clean store. My coworkers are super great to work with. They're always open to... questions and helping each other out. Management does a great job explaining things in general and are super fun people. Theveggies always look amazing and crisp, and our meats are beautiful. Prices have skyrocketed and they short you on ingredients (e.g., cheese). You don?t get what you pay for at this Subway location... and they lack any customer service skills. Avoid this one. UPDATE: Visited Subway in Chippewa Falls, complete oppositeexperience. The prices are slightly cheaper and they give you the correct amount of ingredients. This proves the Bloomer Subwayis a ripoff. I normally never complain and I really have a ton of respect for people who work in the service industry...especially now when... everyone is so short on help. But I had such a horrible experience I felt I needed to share. I didn't even want to give onestar. I ordered a sub and paid on the app. When I got there no sub, and they wouldn't even look at my receipt. The extremelyrude woman working said if it didn't print there they couldn't make it even though I clearly had the receipt showing what Iordered, when, where, and that I had paid for it. She was very nasty about it. If that is truly their policy and she would haveapologized for not being able to help I would have been fine but as rude as she was it was beyond frustrating. That?s my 10.00 sub that she so kindly told me she gives raises for ppl that make subs that way. They?ll steal your money and refuse to refund you. I?ve been trying to contact the owner that claims he ?never got my money?.... But after sending him the verification he disappeared.
