Stopped by here with my friends and there 3 children. I felt very bad for all of the young employees working there. The owner... was standing over watching her employees which as far as I could tell were doing a very good job! On three separate occasionswhile we were in there for less than 20 minutes she was giving her employees trouble. One of the young girls looked like she wasabout to cry as she turned and walked into the back. I think it is very unprofessional and you can see from the moods of theemployees she is creating a poor environment. We love visiting this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and welcoming.

This is the only Dairy Queen that I have issues with in Sudbury. Every time I order a blizzard, it's like soup. They always over... mix everything. They also never hold the blizzards upside-down like all the other Dairy Queens, lol. When I order anything thathas fries, they are always undercooked. Sometimes, they are still hard! Specifically asked if the Orange Julius has any dairy or milk in it. My wife has a vegan diet and has a sensitive stomach to... such things. "Oh no it's just a slushy drink" we were told. Well now she's sick to her stomach. Also for some stupid reason ithas eggs in it which makes no sense. Train your employees better. Read more

I purchased hey Smarties blizzard medium size. I requested there not be a lid but they put it on anyway. Other than that... everything else was fine. I've been back a couple more times and they have did as I requested and did not put a lid on theblizzard. That's great so all is good. Read more
