I eat here all the time since I live close by. what are these reviews talking about? service is *always* quick. food always... delicious. - mostly I have burgers or breakfast tacos, but just discovered French toast sticks. too delicious! (name is notreal, just being careful online.) When we first moved to Texas we learned that Whataburger was inedible, and In'n'Out great, butfar. I stopped by to pick up dinner on a weeknight. Drive thru service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommended!
We were there almost 1 hr...and we ordered ahead! We waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes, backed up went into a... stall checked in on the app and waited 20 min then we pushed the button and they said "yeeesss...haven't you gotten yourorder?" My husband told her what happened and she said "oh ok, hold on.." disconnected and after another 15 minutes got ourdrinks, we checked our drinks and all the ice was melted in 2 ... so 50 minutes later we were able to leave with watered-downdrinks. Never got a chance to see if the food was any good. Went to two separate booths and never got any service then tried to drive... through and waited another 10 minutes before deciding that however good the food was it wasn't worth a 20 plus minute wait justto get your order taken and left. I would understand if they were busy but there was only two people on the stalls and oneperson in the Drive-Thru.. not exactly what I would call packed. This sonic has a drive thru on one side and the normal sonic drive up car stalls on the other side. There is a little extra... parking in the back if you want to park and eat at the picnic tables on their front patio. We pulled into the car stall toorder. We had to wait about 7 minutes for our food to come out which is a little longer than I was expecting but it came out hotand fresh. The carhop was friendly. I'm from San Antonio Texas and we came down here to Blanco Texas to do some jobs in Home Remodeling so we get hungry we drive up... to Sonic to grab the Coney Dog meal which is a number seven so do they give me the so-called Coney Dog Mio number 7 with two hotdogs in it and cold tater tots and the cheese and the hot dog and the chili all look like it had been sitting there for days ontop of the young lady that served me when I informed her that my tots were cold she called me a liar and said that they werejust made and they were literally cold bad service first of all their uniforms were unprofessionally worn the young lady whoserved me had a very nasty attitude I would not recommend this Sonic to anyone nor will I ever eat here ever again I had tothrow my food in the trash and my husband bought me something from somewhere else and that place treated me a lot better bettercustomer service and better food everything was fresh at the other restaurant and it was not a Sonic Sonic's restaurants need toretrain their employees and pick up their professionalism because they have none Read more
