Best Braums I have been to. Didn't care for people in the lobby.

Great food but extremely slow very disappointed

Gave this place a few tries but have yet to have a correct order. Definitely recommend avoiding this location.

Food was good and quick service but the cashier was very unwelcoming she had the warmth like a cold fish.

Good burgers, great ice cream. Drive-thru service has been iffy. A few days ago when I was through, I had ordered just one... cheeseburger and was stuck behind a car load of people that took several minutes for their food to be made. Good fast foodplaces will have large orders pull forward to not bottle neck the line, especially if the car(s) behind have very small orders.Then I got home and discovered they made the wrong burger for me (single instead of double). Then the last time I was through,2-3 cars that had driven up after me had their orders taken at the left-hand order screen while I waited several minutes with noexplanation at the other order screen, until they finally took mine. Then once again, we were stuck behind a car with a largeorder that wasn't asked to pull ahead. Then our sundae order was wrong and we had to wait a few more minutes for them to remakeit. All we got was an apology for all that hassle. For now I'll still chalk these issues up to this being a new location/newstaff but I hope to see these issues improved, and for the customer service to improve. If something is wrong with a customer,make it right with them. If things improve, I'll come back and upgrade my rating/edit my review. Read more

Nice opening week!!! Only complaints are they had it sooooooo cold in there plus my husband's hamburger was really over cooked.

Been getting breakfast here almost daily since they opened! Great food every time! Been in the deli a few times as well. The... Hardworking gentleman, Samuel, has helped me each time. Hes quick to serve and wants to help. Hes a little older gentleman, butim certain he works harder than the 20 year olds in the store. Im thankful he works here and serves as well as he does!
