Found this restaurant when passing by on a road trip home. So glad we did! The Tuscan Chicken was delicious. My husband enjoyed... the Turkey Dinner. The breadsticks were soft and warm. Definitely would come back again. Waitress was friendly too! Read more
Good food, hard to eat there if you've got dietary restrictions. Tried to go when hours said were open, but they were closed... when we arrived - check before going. Handicap accessible, but have to make sure staff unlocks that entrance before you arrive. Read more
My husband and I were very pleased with this little restaurant we stumbled upon in Blairsville Pennsylvania. We live about 25... minutes from Blairsville so we aren't in the area very often but once we found this little gem I believe we will come back moreoften. The waitress was super friendly, the portions were huge and so good. We each ordered a sandwich, he got fries and I gotsalad and then we swapped half so we could each try 2 kinds of sandwiches. I have been here twice now. I'm obsessed with the bread sticks. I seriously wouldn't have eat anything else, they are so good.... Also the french fries with cheese. I think anything you order is going to be great. And the waitresses are so nice and friendly.It's a great place ????. Read more
This was my 1st time here. I had the French onion soup, Fish Hoagie, and Loaded Baked Potato Pizza I took to go. Let me say 1st... in light of the fact that the only other restaurant/eatery choice in the town is a pizza place or Sheetz this was a beacon oflight! The French onion soup was good, but I wished it had a little more seasoning and beefy flavor. It was a little on thebland side. The fish sandwich came with handcut fries which were very tasty along with the fish being very fresh and tasty. Iwas pleased to NOT see a triangle of frozen fish. It was also a little under seasoned but it was nicely done with fresh breadcrumbs on a fresh hoagie roll. The pizza to go was a hit with my family later on when I got home. Everyone loved it! The servicewas good...no complaints however my waitress never asked me if I wanted a refill on my drink. I will definitely be back to trysome of the other menu options although I'm not in town that often. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Edit11/10/21...I went back on 11/06/21 and I was with my son who is 18yrs old. This time I had the stuffed pepper soup and Rachel vsReuben sandwich. The soup was very tasty and the sandwich was outstanding! My son got a burger although he enjoyed it after hetried my sandwich he kept saying I wish I got that!! The Rachel vs Reuben sandwich was awesome and served on a freshly baked bunwith real turkey (not lunch meat) and a nice ratio of corned beef to turkey. Also those hand cut fries are excellent!! Picked this place at random going off of other Google reviews, and I am SO glad I did. My husband and I have always been... restaurant people and it?s been an experience to see my son start to pick up on what makes GOOD food, really good. I picked thegarlic aglio olio, wanting something light and my son picked the adult spaghetti, wanting more meatball. The pasta was madefrom scratch and it was amazing. Fresh and delicious, I was blown away. My kid was too, from his very first bite he was going onand on about how it was the best spaghetti he?d ever had in his life. He genuinely wanted the recipe and asked our waitress (Ithink, Amber?? I?m so sorry, I?m so bad with names!!) but I fully expected the polite refusal, and took the opportunity to teachmy son about ?compliments to the chef?. What I did not expect, was for Chef Katie to come to the table and speak to my son.What a delight. My kid got the opportunity to tell the Chef how much he loved her recipe and how it was the best he?d ever had.She laughed when he asked for the recipe and joked he would need to come work in her kitchen before she?d tell him. Thank you,so, so, much, for the wonderful meal and the beautiful memory. I will make a point to come back if we are ever close and on theroad again. I stopped at Ravaila's with friends on the way back from Ligonier on a Thursday evening. We were very happy with the choices... and service, and the food was great! The server gave us some recommendations, which we followed, and we were glad. The Tuscanchicken was superb, and the portion was large enough to take home half for lunch the next day!
