Amazing food, highly recommend the hog tots and the pulled pork mac! Tots were so crispy even when I was finishing my meal. Mac... was so creamy and all loaded up! Will absolutely come again and recommending to all my friends. Wish it wasn't in the VFW and attheir own location, was kinda hard to find. Read more
Wow! Kettle Dad BBQ is absolutely amazing! The food was beyond delicious. Each and every guest said that the pulled pork was... the best they had ever eaten. The chicken quarters were huge, a meal in itself! And the mac and cheese was phenomenal and mypersonal favorite! Can't forget the grilled lemonade, how refreshing! And as wonderful as the food was, Kettle Dad was firstclass as a person! He was great to communicate with, not to mention fun. The set up and tear down went flawlessly. BIG fan of Kettle Dad BBQ after ordering the brisket burnt ends which truly live up to the name of meat candy. I've ordered here... a few times over the last year and their dishes are consistently high quality and what I expect from a BBQ joint. Besides thestaples of American BBQ those tater hogs are where it's at! I recently moved to the area after living in the city of Pittsburgh for 12 years. I have tried all of the popular BBQ places in... and around Pittsburgh. I can honestly say this place stands head and shoulders above its competition! We purchased Kettle Dadon moving day and had a crew of 8 friends and family total. I was looking for something special to treat the crew for all of thehard work and help. We ordered a half pan of pulled pork, 2 racks of ribs, 2 lbs of beans, 3 lbs of cole slaw and 2 lbs of Mac.Every single item was beyond expectations and the total was less than $150. The smorgasbord fed all 8 of us easily and we hadleftover for day. I can't recommend this place enough! This BBQ is small batch with high attention to detail. We've gotten take out from Kettle Dad BBQ several times and can honestly say it was soooo good! The last time was two weeks ago,... and again, perfect! I always get the pulled pork, but my husband likes to try everything. And the mac and cheese is great! Definitely going back! Read more
Best BBQ in the area. Everything is homemade from the meats to the sides. Love that mac n cheese and the Kettle beans. The... burnt ends are delicious as is the brisket and shredded pork for sandwiches. Haven't tried the ribs yet but I see them flyingout the door with the customers so will have to try soon. They also have some unique dishes such as Tater Hogs and Brisket TotsI'm looking forward to trying. Definitely worth making a trip to Blairsville, PA for. Read more
