The service was good, the atmosphere was quaint nice little patio outside if you didn't want to eat inside. We ordered a grilled... cheese sandwich and unfortunately even though they had homemade bread you would think it was excellent. Unfortunately it wasmade with a small slice of American cheese. Homemade bread toasted into a grilled cheese should most definitely have realcheddar cheese and it should be toasted evenly on all sides. I'm not giving up on this place I will give it another chance thenext time I pass through. It was quite busy so they may have ran out of stuff. They're ice coffee was excellent. A friendly greeting from staff on our way in followed by speedy counter service. All-day breakfast hits the spot along with... assorted hot and cold beverages. All of the treats are baked fresh on the premises, no "from frozen" here, unless maybe youwant a smoothie. Recommended stop whether you're coming to visit or on your way through. Read more
Quaint cafe located in the heart of Blairmore. Stone?s Throw Cafe serves all day breakfast and they have daily soup and sandwich... specials. They have hand sanitizer at every table and sanitize table regularly. This is a great place to stop for a coffee and abite to eat! Read more
This is your typical small town cafe atmosphere with breakfast/lunch/snack and coffee/tea place. Stones throw is cozy and filled... with friendly employees. There are lots of spaces to sit (when they open for dine in again). Everything has an artsy feel andthey sell/showcase local artist works. Their grilled cheese...made fresh and stringy, was a delicious comfort food to get. Ifthey can get the basics of a grilled cheese down, im sure their other offerings would be reflected the same way. Delicious, homemade and honest food. I love the atmosphere of the place and it?s way of thinking about environment and the... friendliness of the staff and it?s customers. Crowsnest Pass is almost on the other side of the world for me but I will back andjust have to recommend Stone?s Throw Cafe to everybody. Read more
We were looking for something just a little bit out of the normal Tim Hortons or Pizza and we found it at Stone's Throw. Food... was simple and delicious and such an eclectic place to eat it in. We were extremely glad we took the chance and definitelyrecommend it. Read more
