Spent 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru just for the person in front of us to be helped. The girl taking our order must have... been new or just really bad at her job because she wasn't doing well. When I asked for 2 tacos, supreme, another employeeinterrupted over the speaker to say "we don't have anything called supreme here" so I explained I wanted it with all the regulartoppings then. Then she asked what toppings I wanted, like it's not right there on the menu. After I got done explaining Iwanted tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and cheese, all seemed okay. Then I waited another 10 minutes for the food to be made, andwhen they gave me my food, I was missing half of my order. They also put ice in the drink I specifically asked for no ice in. Iwent back in to get the food, and the people behind the counter were rude when I told them they forgot some of my food. Theywouldn't come to the counter to talk to me, so I had to shout to be heard. When I told them I was missing food, they acted likeI was in the wrong, and said "see, your food is right here!" And my tacos were sitting on a stack of trays in the kitchen. WhenI finally got my tacos, they were 90% tomatoes and 10% everything else. This is the second time I've had a negative experiencehere, I think everyone would be better off going to a different taco johns location or perhaps even a taco bell. Read more
Awful experience today. Waited over 15 minutes inside for 2 tacos and 2 potatoes to-go. Finally, after seeing an employee not... wearing gloves while handling food after just touching money, we asked for our money back. The manager told us she's not able torefund us and we would have to call someone??? After asking multiple times she mentions only her GM can do it but they're latefor work and not answering the phone (sounds like a great GM). Another 5 minutes passes and she finally gets a text that it okayto do the refund! Better to just go to Taco Bell across the street! 10/12 update: turns out the money actually never went backon our card! Filed a complaint and no response back. Read more
Worst Taco John's experience I've had. They were out of both their beef and soft tortillas. But I went on a whim and got chicken... hardshells and potato ole's. They served my sixpack and a pound and everything was cold. Chicken was cold, the whole taco wasroom temperature and soggy, even their potato ole's were tepid, and old tasted of old cold grease. Nothing that I usually havea good experience at Taco John's, I first submitted a complaint to their customer service but they didn't have the care in theworld to reach back, so I posted this review. Not sure I'll go back to any Taco John's anytime soon and definitely will steerclear of this one for sure. Read more
Terrible service seems like no management here. Guy taking order seems stoned the quesadilla look like they dug it out of the... trash as pictured they should be embarrassed serving that it went right into my trash. Tacos where cold potatoes oles underseasoned. Also if dinning area is always closed put up a sign at least. Bottom line go somewhere else. Read more
My stuffed grilled taco had barely any beef. Half the taco was only cheese and sour cream. I wasn't given any napkins and my... drink was 3/4 ice. I did get my food quickly and it was all hot. The potato oles were fresh and crispy. Read more
Not satisfied with drive through at all. Everytime I would say an item on the menu, the guy would rush me by saying okay is that... all right away. I ordered a lot of food but felt rushed while ordering. Parked to eat food and there were no napkins in bag.Tried to go into store to get some only to find the door locked. Ordered a six pack and a pound with no cheese on all the tacos and a grilled stuff taco. Cheese on three of the tacos and one of... the tacos basically just had meat on it with a broken shell and cheese melted into the meat. Wife's grilled stuff taco had twohuge clumps of non-edible meat in it which made her immediately stop eating. Would you eat this? Read more
On 11/10 I went in and ordered some food and the staffs on that day forgot one of my order and I didn't realize it until I got... home and checked. I called back and the girl who answered said that she will put a family pack/deal in the books for me. Shesaid I can stop by anytime and it will be in the books under my name. I obviously forgot her name. Today I was in the area so Istopped by to pick it up and the "manager" said she does not see anything for me in the books. I ended up leaving and checkingthe dates of when I was there last and called and asked for the "manager" when she answered she and said "this is her" as if shewas irritated. I told her the date and she said she still didn't find anything in my name that I would have to call back inabout 45 mins to take that up with the general manager. Mind you this is their mistake I paid for food I didn't get and theytold me to go back and get it when I'm in the area and that it would be in the books. So now all of a sudden I'm suppose tofight for something I paid for and didn't get. Just plain rude and frustrating. Read more
