Ordered through door dash. Both sandwiches were very wrong. Cookies were burnt. We didn?t know when we ordered they would be... coming from this location. Had we known we wouldn?t have ordered as we have been in this location and it is dirty and gross. Walked right out the last time we were there. Didn?t get the drinks that we paid for. I wish i could give 10 stars. The man who helped me today was very hospitable and had amazing vibes and made me the most... delicious wrap I've ever had. Get that man a raise!!!! It was chick fil a levels of personability and craft. I used to work at asubway and these wraps are impossible especially with everything i put on it and he had it folding to his every whim! I truly amamazed at how pleasant an experience this was, i cannot say enough, i will be coming here as often as i can as long as this manworks here! Read more
This was my usual go to, but now I'll go to another location. I asked for a certain cookie and the worker made 0 attempt to help... me out. Never even offered to make them on the spot like the forest lake one did. I asked if she would make them soon, she saideventually. I was ready to buy 20+ cookies. So another location helped me out.
