TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBlE!!! We ordered online, went to pick it up at the time we were suppose to. The order wasn't ready. No... big deal, they were very busy. We waited another 20 minutes, still we understood they were busy. When we received our food theorder was incorrect. My husband ordered the Tremendous 12. He received 3 eggs,2 sausage, hashbrowns, and toast. That does notadd up to 12. I went back in to tell them and they told me I would have to pay extra for the pancakes. I could sworn pancakescame with the Tremendous Twelve.l, but I would pay for them until they wanted to charge me $17.99 for 3 pancakes!! Really??? Noway!!! I got home and looked at the menu and YES the pancakes were suppose to come with the meal!!! Shame on you Perkins!! Wedidn't make the mistake you did! Your employees were rude and yelling that I made the mistake and when I thought I did and wasgoing to pay extra you tried to extort an outrageous price for pancakes, that you should have had in with the order in the firstplace!!! You have lost a neighborhood customer!! I will be letting all of our friends and neighbors of our terrible experiencethere. Read more
We visited this restaurant on a Sunday evening. The staff was kind and polite. I was so disappointed to find the table that we... were seated at was sticky and the floor was not clean. Our food arrived barely warm at best and the staff never offered torefill our beverages. We expected better than this from Perkins. Read more
The manager Teri is always careing and kind . Everything was great food was hot service was better than any Perkins my children... and I have been to . I would recommend this Perkins to anyone . I've been coming to the Perkins for a while now, and I'd say that the lobby always seems to be clean and the wait staff is... always attentive to my family's need and orders. I've honestly never gotten a bad dish, but I've also understood that thisplace is a sit down family restaurant and the food reflects that. Very enjoyable and never have had my glass empty for verylong. Over all a great place to bring the family for a nice sit down meal. Read more

I ordered the steak and had to send it back 4 times as they kept giving it to me raw and when I say raw it was cold and bloody.... They have no clue how to actually cook that and lordy it's not that hard. I just wanted it to be medium rare I could even handlea little raw but not like it was. Seems like they just got a little color on the steak flipped it and served. Please be carefulwhat you order they are not really cooks they are like short order cooks who have not learned how to cook certain foods. Bestof luck if you eat there because 3 of the cooks could not figure out how to cook a steak. Save yourself and your money eatsomeplace else your taste buds and your stomach will be happy you did. Ask for coffee. Comes back with decaff. Promised it was regular. One sip.... its decaff..... Still waiting for food. 20 mins... now. About to walk out Edit. I love going to Perkins in Blaine, MN. They have such great service and the waitstaff are wonderful. Even when they are crazy... busy, they still try really hard to serve everyone in a timely manner. Shout out to the hardworking waitstaff and managers whoalways make my visit wonderful. Read more
