I was craving a pizza from Papa Johns for dinner tonight. The closest one was 15 minutes away in Blaine. I called and ordered... for pick up. The lady I spoke to was super friendly and got everything taken care of for me. I go to pick it up and I'mimmediately greeted. My pizza was amazing and the staff were very friendly! I had a very pleasant experience at the Blaine location on 87th Ave. I had been moving all day and was super thirsty when I went... to pick my food up. A guy named Jesse was working and was kind of enough when I asked if it was possible I could get a water hewent in the back and brought me out 2 cold waters for the road. Worst chain I?ve ever dealt with. After waiting over an hour I called and the lying manager told me they were leaving with... pizza. They took my money and never brought my pizza. Canceled my order without even contacting me. At this point I waited overtwo hours. The manager refused to refund my money telling me 3-5 days for a pizza that was NEVER DELIVERED!
