You have to hand it to the management and staff. We have been coming through about once a month for a few years now. The... customer service has improved and service times have decreased. Everything our order was incorrect they made up for it withdelicious bakery treats. For me, that path toward good service is totally worth 5 stars. My only concern is that last time wewent there was a flag hanging in the window. I am not sure why a restaurant would hang it. Either you are leveraging thereputation of the group to fish for reviews/sales or you are implying that if you do not agree with the flag then you shouldn'tbe there. I think it's unhelpful. Let the quality of your food, friendly service, and positive atmosphere speak for itself.Then the good things will follow. Read more
Amazing speed! I ordered online from the adjacent parking lot, then drove over to park in the Panera pick up spot. I checked in... online and a worker walked out with my food about two minutes later! For real! My order was not complicated, but still theirspeed in putting together my order was still impressive. I ordered a turkey sandwich, soup, and a beverage. Tasty as always. Read more
I?m a vegetarian. My family went to Raising Canes and hubby got me stuff from Panera, since Canes doesn?t have many veg options.... I got the Margarita pizza. It was really good and totally worth it. It was a little over $10 after tax. Read more
Horrible customer service. Atmosphere felt very negative. The lady that took my order was rude when taking my order. I would ask... her a question on a sandwich and she said ?well you didn?t order that?. The lady kept looking at me and my husband and it feltshe was racist towards us. I do not recommend this Panera bread location and I will definitely not be going back! Read more
Nice location, we used the kiosks to order our food and drinks, and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. Everything was good!
I usually have no issues here but this order on 5/17/22 was completely messed up. Every single item in the order was wrong in... some way. Went back to the restaraunt twice because we didnt notice all the issues right away. Unfortunately we didnt notice the4th issue until returning home from the restaraunt for the 2nd time. Issue 1 - Napa Almond Chicken sandwich was forgotten Issue2 - we recieved wild rice soup instead of brocolli cheddar, and recieved regular mac and cheese instead of brocolli cheddar macand cheese. Issue 3 - we recieved a regualer chicken sandwich instead of spicy Issue 4 - after all the above issues we got homeand finally noticed they also forgot to include our Tomato basil cucumber salad. a 2.15 add on. Normally I would not complainthis much but that's every single item messed up in some way or not included at all. Read more
Food tastes pretty good. I don't love the cost, but they seem to make an effort to showcase their produce behind a clear glass.... They appear to use more quality ingredients, which may account for some of the cost. Read more
