I ordered 2 sandwiches today, both vito. When I walked into the store, there was 2 employees and a manager. The employee on my... far right, picked up my sandwich, opened it and proceeded to fish through the sandwich with both pointer fingers. He then pickedup the meat n cheese, flipped it over then proceeded to put tomatoes on it. I know it was MY sandwich cause I added roast beefto mine. I asked was that the order for Corey. The manager said yes, and I then informed him I did not want to those sandwichesand I'd find another store. They did not offer to remake my 2 sandwiches a d told me to have a nice day. If you like Jimmy Johnemployees fishing through your food, and getting upset with you cause you ask why, go there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT JIMMYJOHNS in Blaine Minnesota across the street from North Town Mall again. I was utterly disgusted and upset at the fact he didthat then got upset with me!!!!! I use to go there at least once a week. I order online normally and have it delivered, buttoday I walked in after I placed my order because I was next door at Dollar Tree. Decent sub shop. Can't really go wrong with Jimmy John's it's just a shame that sometimes they aren't always stocked with things... like Turkey. Read more

Today I downloaded the app and placed a curbside order. Took me 5 min to get to store. Sat for curbside for about 30 min and no... one came out. Went inside to pick it up. Sure enough the receipt on the bag said curbside. I had $5 cash tip waiting in car forthem to bring it out. But if they don't bring it out like it supposed to be then why tip... also the sandwich was soggy.Probably from sitting on the counter for so long. The moisture from the sandwich and pickle leaked through the bag onto myleather seats and didn't realize this till I got home. Now I get to ride around with that till it can be repaired (hopefully).The sandwich was also really bitter for tuna. My friends and I have had trouble with JJ in the st Louis park area. Was confidentthis are would be different. places that promote quality you'd think they wouldn't skimp on quality. I know the food industry istough but don't sacrifice product quality cause of it. Ordered online... got delivered and most of my lettuce on my sandwich was brown!! Asked more mustard, also had no mustard...
We had the Italian Sub with Capicola, Salami, and Ham. Delicious combination of smoky and salty with the lettuce and tomatoes!... Bread is the star of the show here. Great texture without being to heavy and filling. You'll never go back to Subway! Haven'thad one in years and happy we did! Read more
