Went to this store last night. There were 3 people working on the line and nobody else in the store. I went up to the order here... sign and was ignored by the 3 workers for 2+ minutes. The manager came out of the bathroom after using it. I thought she wouldhelp me since I had been patiently waiting. She ended up greeting the people behind me in line before asking me "what do youwant." The people behind me in line I believe were employees, I am assuming this because they greeted the workers on line byaddressing them by yelling "Sup Mothaf***a's." While I waited for my subs, the entire group behind me in line was provided theirsubs and service before I was addressed. When completing the check out I was not offered a receipt. When I asked for it I wasmet with resistance. When they provided the receipt I was charged for two extra soda's. 0/5 experience. Read more
