Please change your oil and clean your pop lines/nozzles. My coke tasted like root beer. And my Fries were TERRIBLE.

I have changed my review due to this location not only improving the look of their location but have also started putting out... better quality of product even were nice enough to let my have a try at the barely functional soda machine after telling me itwasn't working great (it wasn't too awful but it takes a while to get the cup full with it only doing 1 second pulses per push).So i say this is an appropriate set of stars for the change Read more

10-07-22 my mom and I stopped there for lunch since it was on or way back to her place even thou I have been told by other... Burger King employees not to go to that location. We had the worst experience ever. The manager was extremely rude and refusedto give me my order that I paid for online. The University location has a lot of issues (I have inside source) however unlessthey fire the manager and care more for their customers instead of just times they will continue to lose customers. I run amillion dollar Restaurant and been in this business over 20 years and would never allow a manager to treat a customer like that.Burger King please fix your issues and with legal employees please. I know employees are hard to get let alone good ones butwithout customers you might as well shut that location down. Read more

Well ordered my food. The counter person was terrific. But when I got home my food was not to my specifications. I also ordered... motzorella sticks & they tasted & looked like they had been sitting around for awhile. Read more

Order a meal online. Went through the drive thru to pick it up. Asked if I can place another order, worker said yes. When I went... to the window, was only given online order. When I asked about the order at the window, the manager Rosa yelled at the younggirl training at the window for taking orders in addition to confirming an online order. While waiting for our missing items,you can hear Rosa making rude comments about us. When I told her I was still missing some items from my order she yelled at meand told us she did not know what I ordered. If I could, I would give this a zero star. Very unprofessional and the food givento us looked rushed and messy. I usually order from this burger king but now I will drive a couple more miles down the road to adifferent one for better customer service. Would not recommend this place. Go to taco bell near by if you are hungry. Read more

This location has been terrible for about a year now. Very slow service, closed sometimes with no signs indicating so. The foods... been terrible, I usually get breakfast, it?s sometimes cold. I had ordered pancakes, there was no cutlery or butter in the bag,when I opened the box the pancakes were in a pre package bag, it looked like it was frozen and then heated up in a microwave andthe taste was just nasty, it was not eatable. Super rude staff, lobby is always locked so when they mess up your order they expect you to wait another 20 mins in the drive... thru, and when you try to call they let it ring and then it disconnects. I am sure the rude staff is due to the shortage theyare obviously dealing with but it would be super smart of the owners to train soft skills to their employees. Kindness goes alot farther when customer need to be patient. Read more

This location has been terrible for the last few months or more after their great manager of the last few years left. I'm sure... she's on to bigger and better things. She was awesome! Now they have terrible service and product. I stopped going for atleast a month after waiting close to a half hour for a single meal. The food was subpar. Today I decided to take a chancewith them after work, since the next closest Burger King is over 20 minutes from my home. My onion rings were bad. I wish thatwas the worst thing. I ate close to 3/4 of my burger and found a LONG HAIR in it! I'm bald...... I immediately took theremainder back. They offered to make me another burger. There's NO WAY that I'd eat it. I asked for a refund. The GENERALMANAGER got involved to process the transaction. He commented that the burger was almost gone, with an attitude. I kept mycool and asked if I'd done something wrong. I guess I was supposed to just throw the rest away and go on about my day..... TheGENERAL MANAGER gave me a dry apology with my refund. I feel like I inconvenienced him. How would you feel if you found a hairin the burger that you were eating? What would you expect as an apology? Remember, I was dealing with the GENERAL MANAGER. Nooffer of a gift certificate or anything to keep me as a customer. I'm never going back there! I'll go out of my way to theother location. Read more
