Wait to speaker was 30 mins . After 5 mins at the speaker I'm told it'll be at least 10 mins before I can order. Then a lady... comes out the back door telling everyone she only has 2 staff so it'll be over 10 mins. If you're short staffed close thedinning room focus on drive threw where more customers are. Waiting a total of 58 mins for 1 sandwich was a waste of gas. I'drather they had been closed and I had to drive to a different location. Would have been faster and less gas Read more
This restaurant has been at this location for many, many years. The food here is what it is, nothing great but nothing really... that bad either. Always a frequent staff turnover as is most places like this so service is hit and miss depending on the timeyou decide to go there. Give it a try if you like this sort of food and it just might be your lucky day/night. Read more

The young man that took my order had very good customer service skills. I think his name was Austin. When I got to the end of my... order, he asked if there was anything else he could get for me. Drive through had a line of about 9 cars and had taken about 20 minutes to make it to the order board... . . Then was asked for... my order,, but as soon as I said something was told to hold on... Not politely in any way... . . Sat another 5 min or longerbefore my order was taken... . . Then when got to the window itself,,, find out there was just a bunch of teenagers working.. .. . It was way too long since my last classic roast beef sandwiches with horsey sauce! Yum yum! Tasty, tender beef stacked high on... a fresh bun. Carefully wrapped and bagged for the drive through without being smashed flat. They have the meats! Read more
