Honestly, prices were great, service was amazing, and the baked beans were pretty good. However, the hotdog I had was bland and... mushy. I wasn?t expecting anything exceptional for the price, but it just wasn?t good. I would probably give a slightly higherrating if this wasn?t a hotdog focused place. these hotdogs were absolutely rancid, i?ll stick to cookout dogs when in hungry lol.
UPDATE YOUR HOURS. My sone walked 45 min to get dogs from you only to find out you have NEW "summer hours". NOT COOOL
Great little spot for a quick bite, right in downtown Blacksburg! We were greeted by friendly and relaxed staff members and... enjoyed some great food. Prices are VERY reasonable - and definitely the best hot dogs you'll find in the NRV! Read more
Nothing bad here and it's a cheap quick meal, but I prefer bigger, juicier dogs. I tried the one in Christiansburg, then... happened to see this one had Chicago dogs, which are hard to find around here. The photo shows it- everything is technicallythere but everything is a little small and sad. The taste was good and did for a fix but I'll have to wait a little longer forthe real thing. Read more
If you want a hotdog past 10pm better make it yourself because 9/10 times they are closed. Worst business model ever. No one... wants a hotdog a mediocre hotdog at Noon. Just sell your stand to someone that actually cares. Trash hours. Every 5/5 review isa lie Read more
This place was a breath of fresh air for the Blacksburg food scene by capturing the essence of old Blacksburg when Mike's Grill... was right down the street. It's cheap, fast, flavorful, and true to the idea of what a hotdog should be. The sausage itself wasjuicy and full of flavor. I highly recommend and will be coming back many times in the future.
