Over hyped, but still something to offer. While the food quality isn't 5 star and the lines are CRAZY there is still charm to... this place. There is a limited and changing menu with GEORGOUS plating. Food is great, dinner wait staff is not. I grab lunch at ODB at least once a week. The lunch is always great and customer... service is awesome. Regarding dinner?? I?ll have dinner here 1-2 times a month. The food is alway great, but the dinner serviceis poor. The hostess is usually friendly and polite, but when the food is served that?s when the fun stops. The staff neverstops by to ask ?how if your food?. Thankfully it?s always tasty. The dinner service could use a lot of improvement. Whenever Igo pay, the waitress is usually rude; doesn?t ask if I enjoyed my meal. When they return the check I say ?thank you? and theirresponse is ?yep?. I?m not looking for special treatment, but at the very least they should say ?thank you for coming intonight?. But that is not the case. I understand after a long hard day of work people are tired, but dinner service is lacking.As I said the food leaves a wonderful taste, but the dinner staff has me leaning with an overall bad taste. Best cheese danish in the WORLD as well as the chocolate cake ???? the chocolate scone is so good .. friendly staff ????

Excellent food, coffee, and service. My son and I were visiting Blacksburg and had a chance to grab brekky at Our Daily Break... Bakery & Bistro. I had a great brekky bagel sanger with a fried egg, bacon, and tomato...don't recall what is was called but Icall it tasty and satisfying. My son had a Nutella and banana filled crepe, he loved it! The coffee was excellent. There wasan impressive selection of breads and sweets but did not get a chance to sample any. We'll definitely be back next time we'rein Blacksburg to try something else as it looks like their menu changes often. Read more

Place was super busy for breakfast but everything seemed to run smoothly. All of the food looked amazing including the bakery... case. Staff were very rushed and a little rude when taking our order both through the main line and bakery line. Our breakfastwas delicious as were our pastries. The macaroons were very stale though which was disappointing. Read more
