Wrong order via an online request. Service at this location has never been good.
On yesterday, I entered the establishment with no employees visible. Two came from the back and i asked if they would change... there gloves. One went to a corner where he claimed to change gloves. I asked if he?d changed them and was met with an ?I did?and a neck roll. After telling him that I was checking again. He to me ?You act like you own the place.? After reporting him tothe manager who was still outside with her boyfriend, I asked for the owner?s phone number. She made excuses for him and toldhim she didn?t know what happened and she would talk to him. Hence, she didn't believe my version. I will never revisit thislocation. There is a very high turnover ratio, and I'm beginning to understand why. Read more
