They were out of turkey. Had chicken wraps on the menu so asked to substitute chicken for turkey on the beach club and was told... they could substitute anything but that. Received the worst customer service and they were crazy slow. Read more
Ordered food to have it delivered. It took them 50 minutes! I live 3 min away from the place! I?ve ordered from them in the past... and it took just as long. I will never order from them again. I?ve had jimmy johns delivered from Pocatello & idaho falls when ilived there and have NEVER experienced this. If they were backed up and running late they would say so. I think it just comesdown to the workers just being lazy and not wanting to do their job! Looks like from the other reviews people have the samecomplaint! You would think they?d see everyone has the same complaint and fix the problem! Read more
Staff was very friendly and helpful. And don't let the bad reviews about some deliveries cause you to miss out on an amazing... sandwich. Got the Italian nightclub and will never get subway again after eating here no toasting needed and don't need amillion bread selections. Simple is better. Read more
Ordered 2 sandwiches and sweet tea at 12:00pm Recieved at 1:10pm. On the bright side at least everything was right. Once had a... driver drop my drinks on my lawn, and not return with replacements or return my money for them. Read more
Ordered delivery and waited 50 minutes to receive my order. more than 30 minutes the order tracker said "OUT FOR DELIVERY". I am... at a hotel 0.4 miles from the store.......And to boot... when I received my order, one half of the sandwich wasn't wrapped andthe other half was opened and the top even appeared torn as if someone opened it on the way to delivery. I've had issues in the past with them making a sandwich wrong. Anytime I'd contact them they made it right but I was getting... tired of the sandwich coming wrong. Yesterday though the manager that handled my situation was awesome. We had ordered achicken ceaser wrap for pickup and after 20 minutes it wasn't ready. When I went in I found out it was because they were out ofchicken. Frustrated, I asked if I could pay for it to be delivered and they told me yes. After not only delivering it for freethey also gave us a card for a free sandwich. The manager and the guy that delivered it handled the situation perfectly. It'sinteractions like that that I wished more companies provided. They earned my business for sure! That and the food isconsistently good. Read more
This may be a one time deal cuz I've had better experiences ordering from here... but used app for delivery order ... 50 min... wait for one sandwich meal. 20 of that was after it said "out for delivery" (note I live a 2 min drive from the store). Didntget the side no straw for the drink and they never knocked on door and I didn't get a notification from the app it was deliveredhad I not seen the shadow in the window of the delivery person walking up the steps I wouldn't have known it was there... Once again Jimmy Johns fails to deliver my entire order. They want to make more money yet they can?t handle a simple sandwich... and drink order. They know they missed it and never bother to reach out and make it right. A bunch crooks if you ask me. Read more
