Typically I don?t complain, but when I go here and pay for a $6 drink, and the lady with long fingernails and bad attitude... decides to give herself a $5 tip without telling me, now that?s stealing? not happy and will ward everyone away from thisbusiness as I have no respect for anyone who will give their self a tip unknowingly to the card holder. Smoothies are great, it's awesome to drive up on both sides of the building to order so it goes faster and having them come out... to take your order is nice too. Downside is being asked everytime to tip, that gets annoying. Read more
Went to get drinks before dinner. 2 vehicles were on each side of the building as we pulled up one car left so I went to that... side the time was 6:45pm on Sunday. We sat and waited for our turn. They close at 7:00pm on Sunday. We waited till just after 7when the car in front of us got their drinks and pulled away. Since it was our turn and we had been waiting in line for justover 15 minutes we pulled forward to order to be informed they close early on Sundays so I asked what time since online said 7the girl at the window stated that was right they close at 7. I politely let her know we had been waiting in line since before 7about 15 minutes we had waited. The girl rolled her eyes in annoyance and with a rude tone tapped the screen in front of herwhile she said if I get in trouble I get in trouble, then even more annoyed while rolling her eyes again said what can I getyou. Why at this point would we have ordered anything? To wait 15 minutes then have a java employee be rude because it took till7 for the SUV in front of us to get their drinks was pretty inappropriate if you ask me. We go there alot and usually place alarge order between $20-30 worth as we buy.drinks for our whole bunch and we always tip fairly well $5-10 each visit. I thinkthe employee could be a bit nicer next time and if they aren't going to serve any cars after a certain one put out a cone behindthe last car to be served or at least shut the open sign off. I love the coffee here and the service... I go twice a day and the rewards card is definitely a life saver it doesn't cost... anything to get and you can earn points towards free stuff without an account or email registration like other coffee shops. Youcan also load cash to it. I usually get the white chocolate caramello. It's good hot, iced, or blended (I prefer iced).Sometimes when I'm not feeling all the sugar I'll get an americano. The only down side is they started making you ask for asleeve or a stopper at the end of last year. But you can get them don't forget to ask! They also have great bagels. For onlybuck it's a steal.
