Wow, the facts is that you guys shouldn?t be open, the amount of times I?ve had a drink not come out on multiple occasions,... sometimes have to wait 5 minutes until someone even helps me in the drive through, poorly stocked, I imagine the sticker on thedrive-thru speaker hasn?t ever been taken off because you?ve never had everything stocked at once, this place should be closed!Really it?s pathetic on all levels and fields. We love Arbys food, but our experience at this particular restaurant was awful. The staff was kind and friendly, but the food... was disgusting. Every single thing we ordered was dry, old, and over cooked. Our fries were old and burnt, the buns were dry andhard, the roast beef was discolored and crispy in spots and the chicken was so old my husband spit it out after one bite. Read more
