Have never bee through a slower drive-thru. As well can never get an order correct. When I got home had totally wrong order and... wasn?t driving back as live over half an hour away. Had some disappointed kids. Will never go back to this McDonald?s. Read more

It's mcdonalds what do you expect? It's slow they will probably get your order wrong and they spilled coffee all-over the inside... of my car when they handed me a cup with loose lid. Will I go back? Probably. I like the coffee. Read more
Service tonight was completely awful, super rude employees. Especially the two younger white females who were working drive... through tonight around 9pm. Literally the worst customer service I?ve experienced in my life. Screwed up our order then blamedmy family. Maybe you should hire people who will at least pretend to care about their job. To the two girls working drivethrough? maybe find another job as taking a McDonald?s order seems too difficult for you ?????? Also- if you forget stuff insomeone?s order maybe rectify it instead of blaming the patron. Thanks ladies- hope you find a new job that you can mentallyhandle. ???? Read more

Not sure why they ask if the order is correct on the screen, if they?re just going to screw it up anyway. Pretty consistently... too. At least 50% fail rate on orders so far, and I?ve ordered there several times. One star because I had to. Read more

Very Happy about the food provided for dine in, everything is hot and fresh. A met standard McDonald?s.
I stopped by McDonalds in Blackfalds today to grab a bacon and egg McMuffin, a black coffee and a couple of smoothies. The food... and smoothies were good, but I ordered one black coffee and got two double doubles instead. I had other errands to run, so Ididn't have time to go back through the drive thru. McDonalds black coffee is my favorite item on their menu and I was reallylooking forward to that coffee. ???? Read more

Bright with 10? drive thru clearance, pick up spots, and newly updated indoor seating. McCafé had no stock at 9:30 pm and our... food took longer to prep than expected. The drive thru seemed to be priority here. I appreciated their thorough Covid-19policies. Read more
