Ordered tonight. Took over an hour to get our food when we were told 30 minutes. Food arrived luke warm and we were missing part... of our order. I phoned for delivery at 11:20. They close at 12. The guy told me he can't do delivery cause his driver is delivering 2 blocks... away and that is going to take more than 40 mins. When I called him on it he just hung up the phone. That was veryunprofessional. Small businesses in small towns survive on a good reputation for good service. Very inconsistent when it comes to food quality, one day I'll get a poutine or a donair and it will be fantastic, then only a... few days later I'll get a soggy tasteless poutine and awful donair. Also very inconsistent with portions, one day I'll getdonair meat in my poutine and get enough that the box won't even close properly (Not complaining on that, love the donair meatpoutine) but the next day I'll be lucky to get 3 pieces of donair meat, and keep in mind you have to pay a decent bit extra forthis, so you'd expect consistency. We ordered some pizzas and garlic bread last week, which came to us smelling very strongly of mold. We didn?t see mold, just... smelled it, very strongly. Called to let the store know and the manger at first tried to tell me i was wrong and then offered mereplacement pizzas (not the garlic bread just pizza) we told her we would use that at a later date as we weren?t overly hungryafter attempting to eat pizza that smelled moldy. She agreed. Fast forward to today, when we tried to use that credit, we aretold the prices went up and we will have to pay an extra $5 for the replacement pizzas?. Yes five bucks is not much for twopizzas but that?s not the point . The point is they sold us moldy smelling pizza and garlic bread, only would replace the pizzasand then tired to tell us that we still have to pay an additional $5 because their price went up. That is poor customer serviceand honestly disgusting to sell food that smells like mold. Read more

Solid pizza! Ordered for a large family event, arrived within the hour. Chicken ranch is very good! Gluten free option was very... good (not cardboard-y, lots of toppings). Donair is very good. Chicken bbq was okay, could use more sauce. The dough was justcooked enough (but close to under cooked). Not too much crust, good topping coverage. Would certainly order again! Read more
