Stopped here on our way back to North Carolina from Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Was a nice spot to get some lunch and rest for a bit... before the long drive back to Raleigh. Friendly service, good food and cheap prices. Not the best coffee I've ever had but notthe worst either. Read more
Well done!! This Denny?s was fantastic, the best Breakfast in the town, the food very fresh , costumer service was ok.
It was ok. I wouldn't eat here again. The service was poor. Also had to send eggs back because they were raw. Finished breakfast... before the other eggs even came out. Just ridiculous. Don't order the bacon, it was paper thin and pretty tasteless. Notimpressed. DO BETTER!! Read more
Quick stop after the Black Mountain Saturday morning craft fair. Great experience!! Samuel, the very hands-on Manager, made... sure each of the guests were happy. And a real bonus, this was the cleanest restaurant rest room we've been to in a long time!! Samuel is a keeper!!! Read more
We had a great server at this location. Food came out a little bit slow, but other than that everything went well.
Excellent service, super accessible from the parking lot, no need to wait, we were seated right away. Our server was very... helpful and considerate assigning our booth. the food came great hot and quick. I wish all Denny's operate this way. Howeverguys you know I'm an honest reviewer and I always have to point out at the things that require a little improvement. Restroomsare dirty they don't smell good. I believe that's all on the counter side. Overall experience was great. High class Denny's is in Black Mountain. Service was excellent. April my server was on it. food was fabulous. I had the club... sandwich on Texas toast, seasoned fries a coffee and water. Best club I've ever eaten. I got one to go! Kudos to Denny's Read more
My waitress was nice, but that is about all this Denny's had going for it. Guy walked up and sat the couple in front of me in... his own section, came back, looked at me, and then walked away leaving us there. My food was not cooked and when I asked to haveit cooked you could hear the person in the kitchen throwing a fit. The food came back out burnt and inedible. Had to wait forthe topping I asked for for my eggs, by the time I finally got them the eggs were cold. Didn't help that the topping I wantedwas fresh out of the fridge, so it made them even colder. Bacon comes out in a blob. You can tell it was cooked on a sheet withmultiple layers so it is all cooked different and then shoved in a container for the rest of the day. And the coffee was beyondgross, couldn't drink it. Read more
