Well I received an email from this establishment claiming that I had $160 in promo play. I went to play as instructed in the... email and when I opened my account I had $5. WHAT A SCAM! When I asked guest services about the email they tell me that a 3rdparty had sent it out and they would NOT be honoring what is put on their name. Can't ever enjoy playing here because every machine is being played by someone else right next to it. Every time I've gotten... down to sit on one machine someone right next to it it's claiming that they're already playing it casino should limit it to 1person per machine.
