Went there this morning and was so excited to try the local small coffee shop. Our bacon burritos had almost no bacon, and the... lady behind the counter was just about the rudest person I?ve ever encountered in the customer service industry. She keptfreaking out on my boyfriend and I because we weren?t sure which order was ours, we did not touch the food we just looked at theorder on the counter like everyone else. We were then greeted with an aggressive tone telling us that wasn?t our food. Takingdown a name or having a number system would be much more efficient. She was the rudest person ever. I had a great first time being here . Whenever we come back to visit Colorado I will definitely come back to the bean and cream.... We got some milkshakes that's were great and the perfect mix of thickness and cremyness . Plus we all were greeted by deuce uponentering the establishment, which was another added bonus. Deuce is the owners dog who is perfectly trained and quite friendly.I would recommend this establishment to anyone visiting the casinos !! Read more

I am a local and used to go here often. The service and ticket times have gone downhill while the prices rise. They used to have... good chip selection to go with lunch now it?s cheap/mediocre selection. The gluten free bread isn?t worth it anymore as theslices are tiny. I hope the quality returns. Read more
