Friendly staff! Sandwich artists are real. My favorite subway location.
I don't like posting negative reviews, especially for businesses in my home town, but I am posting this one in hopes it will... help the person who served us, who I'm pretty sure was the owner/manager understand customer service better. He refused tohonour the Subway coupon we had until another customer stepped in to the conversation. Then he said he gave us the discount(which should have been $4.79) but only gave us 50 cents off. When I waited until everyone had left to point it out to him, hethen tried to offer me another 25 cents, got very angry, then offered 50 cents, and then finally (very angrily) gave in. Idon't expect we will be back until we hear that the restaurant has changed hands. Read more

Good fresh food, most clean subway I?ve ever been too. The customer service was great. They accommodated to my every need. Asked... for soup and the owner told me they were out but if I waited 15 minutes they would make me a fresh batch. Will definitely becoming back. Subway is great, if you register your banking information and use ?mobile pay?. The online coupons can only be redeemed via... online order, so I did that, but you MUST pay online. There is no pick up, pay at store option and the staff refused to give methe $1 off my sandwich that the coupon stated. I had to walk away from my sandwich. Now, it?s not entirely this locations faultthat the Subway app isn?t user friendly. You can?t customize your sandwich, or add on anything you want that doesn?t alreadycome on their ?pre selected? options in the menu. I?m hungry, and grumpy now ???????? Read more
I don?t like posting negative reviews and I enjoy supporting local business. Unless you feel like arguing with them to have them... add extra toppings, don?t bother. The owner is unfriendly. No hello or have a good day. They pretend there is a shortage oflettuce and that they can?t put enough on because of that. You don?t see the sign til after you ask them to make your sandwichand are putting toppings on. If the price of lettuce has gone up, increase your prices. The subway owners set the price of theirsandwiches, subway headquarters doesn?t. The employee today smoked a cigarette and failed to wash his hands before making mysandwich. I am not reporting this to AHS but make sure the employees wash their hands before they make yours. They wear glovesbut regardless, you have to touch the gloves to put them on. Read more
