If you go here be prepared to not get what you want. They are always out of everything. Today they were out of both strawberry... and vanilla frosties. Yesterday they had no Dr Pepper. What next, no burgers?? And it always seems like they can only take oneorder over the speaker at a time. Yeah, and today also ordered a burger with no veggies, and if course I get veggies. I have to say this is one of the worst Wendy's that I have ever been to in my life. I strongly recommending to avoid this... Wendy's. The service is rude, they don't pay attention to the customers, there were people visiting from another state that werethere, and I asked them what drew them to this Wendy's, and they said they just drove by and pulled in. Now if this is what anout of town person is going to see Bismarck Wendy's on the south side is like, I am ashamed to say that I live in Bismarck nextto this Wendy's. Absolutely avoid it!!! Read more
We were the only customers in the restaurant. It took forever to order and get our food. Every single table was dirty. The... beverage station was out of order. No air conditioning. We will more than likely never go there again. Read more
This place is shady as hell... If you order a sandwich expect the price to double because they will give you a triple burger... instead of the single that's on the menu. My $8 sandwich turned out to be $14. Apparently you have to request a single,otherwise they will max the order. Not blaming the workers but this goes directly to shady management and ownership practices. Read more
This place should be closed for good. Went through the drive thru on August 26th, 2022 at 7:50 pm. Not a car in the parking lot... (1st hint to avoid), not a car in the drive thru (2nd hint to avoid), get to the speaker and was greeted with the traditionalwelcome. Ordered 2 double stack cheeseburgers and was told to pull up to window 2.(5 seconds from the speaker to window) Iarrive at window 2, proceed to watch the drive thru employee just casually scroll through his phone..a minute passes, I honk,never breaks character and keeps on scrolling through his phone. After waiting and trying to get his attention..I drive away.Obviously their staff doesn't give about anything but showing up and collecting a check. DISGUSTING. Staff sucked. Food was cold and not fresh? I have a lot of sympathy for workers who aren?t paid enough but this was... just plain ineptitude. The cold brew was served room temp with nothing in it even though we requested cream and sugar. Breakfastsandwiches were gross. I spent 35 bucks and I?m calling the company because this location needs a reset if this is what they?reserving people. Read more
Now I don?t usually do reviews, But this establishment right here is dead wrong!! I ordered a double stack and some chicken... nuggets. I go to pick up my double stack and the bun was harder than rocket science! Like you needed a 120 IQ to eat that burgerthat?s how hard it was! That burger tasted like they had it sit in the freezer all day and then took it out and microwaved itwhen I ordered it. My chicken nuggets were dehydrated.
