I liked our most of our servers, especially the first one before she left, but the food tasted super off and both me and my... partner got sick even though we ate different things. This was our only meal of the day, so I don't think it could have beensomething else that caused it. Can't say that I would return if we were in the area. Nice servers though! Read more
Second time I have ordered for pick up and never got my chili with my order. First time I let it go, but not this time. I... shouldn't have to inspect my bags when I pick up my food. After calling about it, I got passed around 3 times before speakingto a manager. All I asked for was a credit to my card for missing items and was told they could not do that, but I could comeback and pick it up. Not going to happen. Nothing but an inconvenience. Best solution I was offered was an email with somediscounts. All I can say is check your bags before you leave if you order online. Not impressed with the subpar customer serviceI received, but the upside the food is great. Read more
The overall service was great. We were seated right away and our drink order was taken at that time. Did not take long to come... back with our drinks and take our order. Our food did not take long and was delicious. The only reason I did not give a fivestar was because there were a lot of empty tables that needed to get cleaned and the restroom was dirty with tp on the floor andreally needed to be mopped. Best steak place for a chain. Never had a bag meal here. Always good food, lots of staff, fresh buns! A little loud sometimes,... but it fades in and out depending on some random dancing by the staff. Good birthday fun, too! Read more
