This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a pizza place. I arrived exactly the time my pizza was going to be ready. I... call when I got there told them the color of my car and they said they would be right out. 10 minutes later they had not comeout, called again and again they said they would be right out. 10 more minutes and still nothing. I called again this time I gotput on hold. So then I hung up called back and asked for a refund and they said they have no order for Cindy. I have no ideawhere or why that name came up. The pizza was for Weston. When they finally figured it out they brought it out. I got no sorry,no compensation, nothing....Horrible experience. Read more
When I arrived to pick up my order I waited at the register for almost 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging that I was... there. When someone finally said "we will be right with you" I asked if I could just pick up my order which said it was alreadydone. I was scoffed at and asked rudely what my name was and given my order. I understand that places are short staffed at thistime but due to this experience I will not be coming back to this establishment. I hope in the future that this improves forother customers. Pizza was too overly cooked. You had to rip off half the pizza to enjoy anything, the wings were to dry and the delivery driver... kept getting my address wrong and had to can multiple times to find me. I order from pizza hut often. Hopefully it's better nexttime. Read more
There was no sauce of any of our three pizzas, a little strange. We ordered a half pepperoni, half cheese and actually received... a full cheese instead. Read more
