My husband and I ordered two pizzas, cheesy bread, and pop at 9:40 PM. They said it would take up to 50 minutes even though we... were at a hotel four minutes away from their restaurant. After an hour of waiting, we called and asked where our pizza was. Theysaid their delivery person left three minutes ago with our food. We waited for our food in our hotel room. They closed at 11 PM.It?s been over two hours and we never received our food despite them charging our credit card. We will call them again whenthey?re open to get our food tomorrow or a refund. Save yourself the time and money and order pizza from somewhere else. Read more
Delivery driver was a crook. $45 Order handed him $60 and he walked off without giving me any change and waiting for me to give... him a tip. I said hey no change. Sorry all I have is 3 dollars. It was a stick up for 30%. Never again Read more

Seriously new call center method on pizza ordering is absolutley stupid literaly repeats all the specifics i asked for on my... pizza such as extra cheese light sauce light pep and get a pizza shotgunned in peperoni barely any cheese and normal sauceseriously do the pizza orders even remotley get to the store correctly? I was craving pizza so bad tonight, but this was probably the worst Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had. I ordered it with pepperoni... and for some reason when the order went through I ended up with a meatless pizza. When I looked at my order it showed there wasno pepperoni ordered. There was barely any sauce on it. So I was eating bread cheese black olives and mushrooms. I?m glad Iordered some boneless wings. Wings get a 10 but the pizza is a -20. I have never had a issue with Pizza Hut. Read more

Love their pizza but so unhappy with their service. Our order wasn't ready on time, they didn't give us our breadsticks, then no... sauce, then when we got home there was no seasoning on our breadsticks, just bread. Website wouldn't add our "deals" to cartwhen we ordered and no delivery options in our area for Sunday. I've sent feedback with no real care shown. Too bad. They usedto be our favorite pizza option. The crust was too yeasty. I want a true deep dish pizza, please bring them back. Overall the pizza was good, and at least... this time the crust was done. It has been more than a year since I was willing to try it again because the crust was neverbaked enough, maybe I will try again. Read more
