From the phone call to make the reservation, to leaving after our meal, the entire experience was phenomenal! Our server was... such a blessing. She was kind and patient. Even when we were there after 9pm (when they close) she was gracious and never rushedus! She even made sure we got dessert! The food was heavenly. One of the best dining experiences we've ever had. An incredible dining experience. Everything was prepared with exceptional attention to detail. All courses were delicious and... the presentation was flawless. Nicely decorated restaurant. Cocktails were excellent. Good was well cooked and presently nicely. I had the bison medallions... which were wonderfully tender and cooked to medium rare perfectly. There was a hint of flavor in the sauce that was quite nicebut simply hidden away - it needed to be more forward to really make the dish go to the next level and be truly delicious. Thedessert was excellent. Blueberry lemon cheesecake. Balanced nicely with sweet and lemon tartness with the richness of thecheesecake. Read more
I always wanted to try the fine dining experience here. We have tried their three- course Valentine Dinner menu. Positives -... The hostess greeted us with warmth and she escorted us to our table. I have never seen a more efficiently run restaurant in theBismarck-Mandan. Our water glasses were always filled. Our waitress is the right amount ?chatty?. The food portions are on theplus side to me. I never like big portion plates. Neutral - Ambiance was fine. I feel like the table were too small for twopeople. But I would imagine it could be uncomfortable for people that needs more leg room. I did like that it was not reallynoisy for a busy day. Negatives - I didn?t think the food was special. I mean if you?re paying 75+ per person, you?d beexpecting something elegantly different to your palette. Something special or creative. I had the fish cakes and bass and theywere okay. The fish was cooked perfectly but the sauce and the vegetables paired with it didn?t create a magical moment for me.The only thing I enjoyed was the dessert served. I love Pavlova and they actually nailed it! It?s a shame though because theentrée should have been the main attraction. We might give it another try next month or so I don?t know. Read more

Haven't yet had a bad entree. The service isexcellent. Read more
I dined here for dinner on a Wednesday night. We did not have a reservation but they were able to seat a party of three. (My... suggestion, make a reservation). The place was busy but the wait staff was very attentive and made frequent contact with us. Theambience was very inviting. Real plates and good solid silverware (always important in my opinion!). The food was great. I wouldhave wanted a bit more flavor - but that is just me - the food was great. The price was high compared to other restaurants inthe community, but the ambiance and food quality justified the price. If you want a good dining experience in Bismarck youshould consider this venue. ???????? Read more
