Call order a pizza they took my info put me on hold then a different person answered and informed me I must have call the call... center in the Philippines so then ordered again then got my pizza they were missing my pepperoncinis called back told them theywere missing got hung up called again talked to assistant manager he said he will send them they never got sent called an hourlater then he told me I that I apparently never ordered them so then ask for a receipt he then said if we are delivering areceipt we might as well send the pepperoncinis then I said I thought I didn?t order them then apparently I did order them atthat point I just hung up absolutely worthless people there Bismarck, nd Read more
I ordered alot here the epic pepperoni pizza. I be asking for the garlic sauce everytime but they seem to have an issue... remembering to give it to me or bring me it so I have to call them and they get mad at me when they messed it up and could ofgiven me my order right the first time. Read more
Had a birthday party for my daughter, spent well over 100$ (107$ To be exact) , each gentleman that helped me was nice and had a... solution to every problem even tho they were minor. Thank you gentleman for your patience and thank you to the Young lady thattook time out her day to deliver the pizzas to my house . You guys are most definitely appreciated ???? Read more
We were told it would take 40 minutes till our food was ready for pick up. We waited 50 minutes till we left the house and got... to the store and then was told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes for our food and thestaff was rude and need to work on their customer service. Read more
Had a BIG issue with ordering it n the website as a guest. The website charged my bank for the order, and go in ng through... Google history clicking on "order confirmation" nothing but the homepage would show up. But, after talking and dealing withDamien, we were able to get the order squared away...this dude needs a raise. He handled the situation with ease and absolutelyno argument. I hope his GM reads this. Btw, the order was filled and taken care just before closing, as my wife and I satoutside the store we watched the employees make this last minute order and walked it outside to our vehicle....thanks Damien andteam. Would definitely or do we from here again....but mostly will create an account and sign in on the website next time. Read more
Last 4 orders where garbage. 2 1/2 hour wait, then then next three times the food never actually came and I had to cancel the... order after waiting 2 hours. Stop using DoorDash to deliver your food, and give a reasonable delivery estimate before I placethe order. If it?s going to be an hour more than what was quoted then call me. Yikes folks, poor management for sure. Read more
Staff were not able to offer a partial refund when they made an error on my pizza. I didn't have time to wait for a new pizza,... which they didnt offer anyways. When I called back to see if they could offer a coupon or other resolution, the manager was rudesaying I swore at him and he couldn't do anything for me because I didn't pay with a credit card or have a receipt. Great pizza. I have to say the 3 gentleman working tonight, one the GM did a phenomenal job on the pizza. Sauce and cheese out... to the crust and looked like they cared about the pizza.presentation was great unlike the over priced pizza joint that rhymeswith schrumos. 10/10 would recommend this papa johns location and will be my go to pizza shop in town.
