Hands down, favorite restaurant. Very lovely atmosphere and the food is to die for. Vegan and GF options, with the ability to do... some accommodations. Even with the recent shift due to staffing, they are still doing amazing, and i appreciate everything theydo to be able to stay open. Still, the staff is so friendly and inviting. Their care for the customers and the food reallyshows. Read more

Delicious Pho and spring rolls. Staffs friendly and clean inside the restaurant. I gave it four stars because the price is a bit... expensive compared to the ingredients (I'm a former chef), but I understand that everything in ND is expensive????. Read more

Not only the best noodle bowl restaurant in Bismarck, its one of the best noodle houses I've ever been too. Marty is a master if... his craft. I am in a different city every 3 to 6 months because of my job. The first thing I look for is Vietnamese or noodlebowl restaurants. This is one I will go to any chance I get. Read more

I?ve been wanting to try here for some time. Their hours are pretty limited so pay attention to that. Parking was not my... favorite but what you?d normally expect in downtown area. Street parking but I opted for garage parking across the street andwalked a block. Paid some change $1.50 an hour. The ambiance is when you walk in there?s a bar to sit on where they prepare thefood. Maybe this was a sushi joint before and you hang a left and there is the main dining area which was spacious. I wasconcerned reading the reviews some mentioned there was no dining option? There are plenty of tables for 4+ people. They mayhave expanded maybe. Now for the food. They were really flavorful except for the beef pho. The meat was fair and all thefixings were in there that belonged but the broth was not the richest I?ve had. Pretty watered down actually. Other dishes weretasty and presented well. The Korean dishes were good and fairly authentic. The service was fantastic. The server came to checkon the table and refilled drinks. I was in such in a dilemma about the price if I could justify it since being the only pholocation I could find in all of Minot / Bismarck area. Even then, their price point is fairly high. Normal pho I?m used to is$10-12 at most and $17 at Noodlezip for perspective. I?ve had some fancy pho in Alabama which was around $16. But good Asianfood is so rare to find in ND, I?m being forced to believe it?s worth it. Lol Read more

Got the shoyu ramen because that seems to be the most popular among other reviewers so I gave it a shot. It was indeed... delicious! The broth is amazing. The noodles has chewyness to it which is a nice texture, unlike those noodles in instant ramen.I bet any of the ramen would be good. If we lived here, I'd totally go back to try other things they have on the menu. We alsogot the parmesan lemongrass chicken wings I think is what it's called. Also very good! The Taiwanese milk tea was also yum. Goodplace for friends night out or small and big family dinners. Read more
