Very quiet on the day we went. Not many customers at all. This was our first time and looking at all the reviews, we were... expecting a good experience. Think again. First off the guy behind the counter was incredibly impatient and pushy. I said weneed a few minutes but he just went to his spew! Shut up! (I thought) We ordered a dessert waffle, turkey and cheese bagel and apizza bagel and 3 drinks for a total over $40! :o They mixed up my daughter's peanut butter smoothie (we added mocha powder).The guy made her a strawberry banana smoothie. WTH Then we told him it was wrong and he said I'm sorry I mixed up theingredients. WHAT!! SO HE TOOK THE DRINK AND ADDED MOCHA!! IT WAS ALREADY THE WRONG DRINK BUT HE ADDED MOCHA TO A STRAWBERRYBANANA SMOOTHIE! AND NEVER MADE THE DRINK WE ORDERED!! My daughter had to drink this concoction! She also ordered a ham & cheesebagel and added an egg! She got her bagel, which reeked of garlic and NO egg. So frustrating! Pizza bagel was good but wouldhave preferred the marinara warmed but that's my personal preference. The dessert waffle (if you can call it a waffle), whichwas a frozen, flavorless waffle! We got the apple strudel...WHICH COMES WITH WHIP!! We get our waffle and no WHIP!! We go askfor it thinking he forgot again but NO!! THEY ARE OUT!! WHAT! You don't tell us before we order!! !@#$ Why would I order anydessert waffle without whip! Especially if it says it comes with it!! You make sure you have whip on hand...ALWAYS!!! AND IF YOUDON'T, YOU TELL YOUR CUSTOMER BEFORE THEY PAY. NOT AFTER!! THEY NEVER OFFERED US A DIFFERNT WAFFLE OR FOOD ITEM! NOT EVEN AREFUND!! Also, they use the microwave FOR EVERYTHING! Basically all coffee is garbage once you?ve had real coffee. Mighty mo nails it. Never would get a cup of coffee anywhere else

I went to pick up an order for delivery and was literally laughed at by staff/gossipers that were just standing around for... asking what was in the second cup when my delivery had only one drink. I cannot believe that people are that heartless and crueland can laugh and make rude comments right behind peoples back in a place of business and they just allowed it. Liked the coffee. but the waffle I got was so soggy all the frozen fruit that came on it, not separate for a to go order... would've maybe gave it a chance maybe.. so disappointing. Waste of money. Read more

I had a delicious cup of coffee at Butterhorn last weekend, so good I asked the waitress what beans they use and she said Mighty... Mo! I stopped in the Might Mo at the YMCA today and inquired which beans and bought a lb! SO GOOD! I will be purchasing beansfor home from Mighty Mo from now on! Read more
