Super unprofessional. The gal upfront with the 2 guys just cared about flirting with them rather than serving her... customers. Screaming for other people to do her job. This place always, and I mean ALWAYS, messes up my orders. They?re very simple too, so idk how you can always seem to mess it... up. I now don?t get to eat lunch because these guys couldn?t make a meal the way it was ordered. I?d give them zero stars butthat?s not possible. Read more
Food's good. Lobby has been dirty more and more often. We do mobile order table service and they never deliver it anymore,... even when the employees are standing around. Sometimes the lobby is closed altogether. Read more
I wanted a hot fudge sundae when did they start putting the open tops on them I like they do on the shakes because frankly it's... spilled everywhere. I was also juggling a ice cream cone for my dog so when I got home I had a hot fudge all over the bag not alot on the Sunday. They used to serve them with clothes tops what's the deal? Okay tell me, I went back again got a Big Mac anda quarter pounder and the guy at the window said well ask them for a pup cup cuz I have a dog with me so I asked them and theysaid oh you have to pay for that I said no she said just to ask you and so I did not get a pup cup and frankly the Big Mac wasnot what I remember it being and a very disappointing time the french fries used to be good but not so much. Unbelievable!!!! I eat at this McDonald's once a day and sometimes twice a day. I love the food and the app is amazing...except... when deals are only available using "mobile pay" because I have never understood how to order/pay for food when using the drivethru. I did not recognize her voice and this is obviously a different employee than the friendly, helpful girl that usuallyworks at this time of night. There was a line of cars behind me and when I asked to pull up to the window for help with themobile order, the employee told me that that would be "really hard because she couldn't help me because I was using the app." Ithen stated that I would skip using the app and just pay full price for my food because she couldn't help me. Obviously I wasirritated because the service is usually top-not. She then stated that she was refusing to take my order. When I asked to talkto a manager, A man chimed in on the headset stating that he was also refusing to serve me. What? I drove background and wasgoing to try to apologize because I'm starving. No, this is crazy. I'm going to drive all the way down to the expressway atMcDonald's to order my food. Did I raise my voice? A little. Was that yelling? Absolutely not. Was I rude? Absolutely not. Thatwhole experience was absolutely unacceptable and completely embarrassing. Horrible experience rude employees I ordered a kids meal three McChicken?s into McDonald?s was told to move to the third window... which smelt putrid. would not recommend! Very unprofessional and the ?managers? were horrible! They screwed up our order not 1 or 2 times but 3! I... asked for names of managers and no one would give them to me. Finally Jennifer came out basically threw my food at me which waswrong again, and said btw the way my name is Jennifer Jennifer was a total 13itch. The guy I did not get his name.
