Went threw expressway mcds about 7:00pm and just want to say the crew and food was amazing. We're kinda complicated family for... food orders and this crew made it happen with just an amazing attitude and customer service. The food was delicious, warm, andit was all there! Even the fries were amazing. I called them to thank them even which I never do. Walked in with my boyfriend and went to the digital order screens, doesn?t take cash, not a big deal. As I was waiting for... someone to help me (at least 5 minutes), one of the younger boys said a racial slur towards colored people and they allproceeded to laugh.. including the manager. I was already losing my temper into them thinking that was funny and I immediatelywalked over to my boyfriend and asked if he heard and he said yes. There was another person behind me in line and as I walkedaway they immediately helped her and took her order. When I finally had my order placed, I went to the bathroom. On my way outof the bathroom, there was 2 young men working and one of them must have been on break because he was eating.. they yelled ateach other about a plastic cup, and I finally blurted that they had terrible professionalism, even for McDonald?s, because Idon?t expect much anymore.
