I just walked in, they had 3 h&r pizzas I ordered 5. I didn't even wait 10 minutes. Cashier had the same attitude you get from... every LC cashier it's gotta be part of the corporate training by now. Very helpful with a bit of teenage angst. Bottom line,little Caesars is the Jimmy John's of pizza. Read more

Made order wrong. Called the Customer service line, no answer. Left a message an hour and a half later and STILL NO CALL BACK! I... called the resturant directly, they remade the pizza with no apology for the error NOR would they call Door Dash to re-deliver.I called Door Dash and they transferred me to the same customer service number that still hasn't called me back or answered thephone any of the times I called. So, I was quite sick but had to go to the resturant to get my pizza... which, when I got therewas WRONG AGAIN but I took it and left before I had a "Karen meltdown" in front of everyone. Asked for extra sauce for my two order of wings. They had very little sauce. The pizza was burnt. Called the manager of the... store and he hung up on me. He wanted me to bring my chicken wings back to put more sauce in my wings. Due to covid now daysthat is a big No No. I will be getting in touch with corporate and the owner which I have worked for back in 2016. Read more
