Missing items from bag always and almost an hour for delivery less then a mile away
I?ve tried 3 times now. First time, delivery was 80 minutes. 2nd time was in-store and they were out of bread. 3rd time they... delivered the wrong chips and just assumed we wouldn?t notice? And then just offered a $3 refund. Seriously? Do better. Read more
Ordered lunch today at 11:51 AM. I?m 0.1 miles away on Century Avenue. It?s now 12:28 PM and " freaky fast,? isn?t really the... slogan I?d give this particular location. My colleague ordered at the same time I did and she?s almost done eating it, while Istill wait. I?m far from impressed. Ordered 2 subs, got 2 sandwiches. Delivery scheduled for noon. Arrived 12:40 but required 2 phone calls. When I called at 12:10,... I was told it was on its way. Excellent service! Family of 6 on a road trip, downloaded the app, ordered and paid in the car, picked my delivery time, when we... got there it was all boxed up and ready for us with our names on each sandwich. Used their bathroom filled our drinks and gotback on the road! Read more
They forget something EVERY time I order. It seems to be getting worse with each time I make an order. It took over an hour... and a half to get an order I placed online with no attempt by them to make things right. This time? I am positive theirdelivery driver was smoking a cigarette, with me and my children?s food in the car, on the way to deliver our order. He reekedof smoke when he came to our door. Not okay. None of the condiments were brought that were requested. They didn?t even botherto put our food into a bag, no napkins. He just handed them to me one by one out of a box, having me pile them in my arms. Iam just disgusted. I will stick with other sandwich shops from now on. Read more
