Everything we got was stone cold and that was after waiting for 20 min to get our order. Dinning room was closed and we were the... only one in the drive thru and it was 7:00 PM. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. NEVER giving them my service again. So embarrassing how the workers talk/treat their customers.... Especially when they mess up your order & you go back hoping they would get it right the second time but only get it done wrongagain! Read more

I just went through the drive through and ordered a roast beef sandwich and a small coke. He asked if I wanted to add fries to... make it a meal. I said no. I got to the window and the guy at the window handed me my bag and closed the window. I was waitingfor my coke and he opened the window and said is there something else I can help you with. I said yeah, I didn?t get my coke. Hesaid you didn?t order a coke. You ordered a sandwich and fries. I told him no, I didn?t want fries. I wanted a sandwich and acoke. He shrugged his shoulders and shook his head no and wouldn?t make it right. I didn?t get a receipt either because when heasked I said I didn?t need it. I tried calling to speak to a manager and my call keeps getting declined. I?m going to trycalling again tomorrow. Apparently, management needs to teach employees about customer service. Read more
