By far the worst dining experience I?ve ever had. The servers were rude from the moment we walked through the door. I ordered... bone-in wings and they were so dry and disgusting, I swear they had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. The asst managerasked about my complaint and immediately was on the defense in an aggressive manner, I told her I didn?t want to argue and shewas welcome to try the wings. She just snatched my plate of wings from the table and stormed off. Without any resolve. I amthroughly disgusted by the unprofessional, immature and aggressive attitudes of the staff. Same old complaint: service and food quality continue to decline yet they continue to raise their prices. I suspect bduds is... beginning the throes of death. Perhaps within 2 to 3 years were can expect the death rattle. It would be nice if one couldactually purchase the sauce bottles they have on display, since the employees are so stingy with them even if one orders one'swings "extra wet". Ordering them "extra wet" is the only way to somewhat ensure their wings KINDA get some sauce onthem. Speaking of their wings, bdubs appears to have gone the route of gigantic steroid induced (and likely antibiotic laden)wings. Their drummies are consistently the size of leg drumsticks. Yet, despite their massive size they are invariably dry asjerky. I propose a new name for them: Buffalo Jerky Wings. And their motto can be: "Our wings are the driest, coldest, andchewiest! You can fully expect to be treated as though your are an incredible inconvenience to our staff members yet pay higherand higher prices! If you expect anything better, go somewhere else." Massive place with 2 bars, 2 family areas and TVs around it all. The happy hour specials are very good 3-6 or after 9pm. Good... place for football. The food is great. Read more
Service was fantastic and food was like any other bww. The reason for the 2 stars is we went there to watch cfl football and... unfortunately the roid monkey kept changing the channel to suit his needs. Wont be in a hurry to return to this location. Read more
Went last night with friends our table was super sticky. Not cleaned. Our menus were also dirty when waitress asked how we are... doing i said to be 100% honest not that good cause our table is still dirty n showed her where it was all sticky she got madrolled her eyes and stormed off. Solid place to eat and get food, (I?m partial to the chicken wrap????. Although whenever I get a delivery for here the system... legit almost always doesn?t list the delivery I have on my end. Hopefully soon you guys get it fixed so drivers like me don?tend up wasting more gas waiting on stuff for 15-20 extra minutes???????? Read more
The wings taste great. Huge Flat screens with a variety of sports to enjoy! The kitchen piled all 6 flavors of my wings... together on one plate and failed to label the flavors of the wings. The waitress looked dumbfounded when I pointed it out. Ourbartender remedied the situation when I spoke up without hesitation and returned them to the kitchen. 2 min later we had freshtrays and wings properly separated and labeled. Read more
